Risk is part of my DNA.
For over 20 years, I have worked as a stuntman – and today as a consultant for productions such as Alarm für Cobra 11and Netflix. In this time, I have experienced first-hand what becomes possible when people act with clarity under pressure – and when teams work together with absolute precision.
But I wanted to go deeper: What exactly makes this possible?
That’s why I partnered with a renowned research institute to explore the success principles of stunt teams – and translated them into a practical concept that can be applied to leadership, safety, and teamwork in business.
As a border crosser between stunt and business, I combine real-world experience with innovative approaches – often developed in collaboration with experts from diverse disciplines.
A special kind of occupational safety: I use the medium of stunts to raise awareness of safety in an authentic, exciting, and above all unconventional way – strengthening the risk competence of both employees and managers.
